Withdrawals are processed back to the same deposit method used — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account. We do not send funds to third-party accounts or wallets that have not been verified as belonging to the account holder.
Deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are accessible in account settings at any time. Using these tools is entirely your right and will never affect your account standing or withdrawal ability.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Benign Game will never ask you for your password by email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact us immediately. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account prior to reporting a security issue.
Benign Game may require you to verify your identity at any stage, including at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or following unusual account activity. Acceptable verification documents may include a CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Accounts that fail to complete verification when requested will have withdrawal processing suspended until verification is complete.

Benign Game processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion steps — your deposit amount in PKR is exactly what is credited to your gaming balance.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Players who have activated responsible gaming deposit limits will be restricted to their self-set amounts regardless of the method-level maximums.
Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited within a few minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on the processing institution. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. We do not accept deposits from accounts, wallets or cards held by third parties. Where a third-party payment is identified, the funds will be returned and the associated account reviewed.
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to identity verification being complete and no active withdrawal restrictions on your account.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If your deposit method is no longer available, contact support to arrange an alternative — verification of ownership of the new method will be required.
These are estimated timeframes and may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays or where additional verification is required. Benign Game is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party processors once funds have been dispatched from our end.
Before a withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be met:

Benign Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific conditions attached to individual offers displayed on the Promotions page.
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) before the funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly at the point of claiming. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling PKR 10,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Bonuses expire after a set period if the wagering requirement has not been met. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are removed from the account automatically. Time limits are stated for each individual offer.
Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are listed in the specific promotion terms.
Benign Game reserves the right to withhold or cancel a bonus and associated winnings where bonus abuse is identified. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same offer, hedging bets across opposing outcomes to clear wagering requirements, using low-risk betting patterns specifically to clear requirements, or any other strategy that exploits the bonus structure rather than using it as intended.
Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. You cannot claim a new welcome or reload bonus while a previous bonus remains active on your account.
This section covers the rules specific to sports betting on Benign Game, including cricket, PSL, football and esports markets.
Benign Game reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its discretion. Bets are only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Do not assume a bet has been placed until you see this confirmation.
Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet placement. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet are the odds that will apply, not those displayed at any earlier point during browsing. In-play odds change rapidly and your bet will be placed at the odds current at the moment of acceptance, which may differ from what you saw when you initiated the process.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, match abandonment without a result being declared, obvious pricing errors, and markets that could not be settled due to data unavailability. Voided bet stakes are returned to your main balance, not counted toward any wagering requirement.
For Pakistan Super League and T20 International matches, a minimum number of overs must be completed for a match result to stand. For PSL matches, the relevant completion criteria follow the standard PSL playing conditions. Where a match is reduced by weather or other factors, settlement will follow DLS or the applicable official method. Maximum winnings per event, per day or per week may be applied and are displayed in the relevant sports section. Bets placed that would result in a return exceeding the stated maximum will be settled at the maximum payout limit, not the calculated return.
The following rules apply to all casino games, slots, live casino tables and bingo rooms available on Benign Game.
All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live casino outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer as streamed in real time. Benign Game does not influence game outcomes in any way. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results for any individual session or player.
If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules once connection is restored. For live casino games, the dealer's actions continue regardless of connection status. Benign Game is not liable for losses resulting from your device's connectivity issues.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical error are not paid out. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any such incidents to affected players.
Bingo rooms open at scheduled intervals. Tickets must be purchased before the room closes for that game. Room-specific prize structures, jackpot conditions and chat game rules are displayed within each room before ticket purchase. Jackpot prizes require a full-card win within a specific number of calls and are subject to the jackpot fund available at that time.

Increasing deposit limits takes effect after a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions. Reducing limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion take effect immediately. Once self-exclusion is applied, Benign Game will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Benign Game. Engaging in any of these may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
Benign Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account where there is reasonable evidence of a Terms breach, ongoing security concern, fraud risk or regulatory requirement. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach — for example, if Benign Game discontinues a service in a particular region — any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closures unrelated to responsible gaming concerns are processed within 5 business days. Balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the verified payment method on file after any active bonus conditions are resolved.
Benign Game collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, process payments, verify player identity and comply with applicable obligations. By registering, you consent to Benign Game processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that transaction records, game history and communications with support are retained for a period consistent with our operational and compliance obligations.
Benign Game aims to maintain continuous platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages or circumstances beyond our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance in advance. Benign Game is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, including missed betting opportunities, expired bonuses or incomplete game sessions caused by downtime.
Game and sports betting content is subject to change. Specific games may be removed from the lobby, odds formats may be updated and sports markets may be added or discontinued. These changes do not entitle players to any form of compensation.
Benign Game may update or amend these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent change.
